At 10 am Monday, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing at Solidarité Feminine in Association Office. It was severely disturbed by a simple phone and atmosphere. After the telephone conference, the police took the young mother and two children to the association. In the photographs provided by the authorities, a young face torn up with a blade, her left cheeks worn out, raw meat appeared. This is not only a terrible crime but also the tale of a teenage mother who is the victim of rape, but more importantly she is further sacrificed by a serious eviction by society.
Abstract: The practice of rape culture and victim condemnation is inherently interrelated and common in American society. The existence of rape culture normalizes sexual violence and accuses attacking rape victims. This will affect the criminal justice system in the United States and will affect the outcome of the rape trial and the treatment of rape victims.
