Rape is NOT the Victim's Fault

In the following situations, this question is unthinkable. "Have you ever experienced sexually transmitted diseases?" This is one of the first questions the rape victim should answer. What role does her sexual history play in defendant in her case? We have a "double risk" to protect people from unfair prosecution, but victims of rape repeatedly commit a crime. Prosecutors judge rape victims with a strict attitude and are admitted to actively emphasize many factors related to her personal life, appearance or her behavior before being raped.

Note: This does not mean that people should not be discouraged from making reckless choices that endanger themselves and other people.
