Rae Gouirand is the author of two collections, Open Winter (Bellday Books, 2011), Glass is Glass, Water is Water (Spork Press, to be held in October) and is the Apple essentials chapter (winner). The Oro Fino Chapbook competition held by Educe Press this summer. Her poetry is found in American poetry reviews, Beloit's poetry magazines, conjunctions, insanity, diodes, dozens of idols, reviews of Michigan Quarterly, 嚣嚣, warm green linden, ZYZZYVA, other magazines and collections nationwide I will. She hosted several long-term poems and essay seminars in northern California and also lectured online at UC Davis English Department.
