@ clogerina01 During my three years of geophysics, I learned a lot about various earth sciences, but volcanoes are the one I'm most interested in. Every volcano is unique so trying to study them is a challenge! The problem is that there is no way to study volcanoes - you have to approach it from several different sciences and then start to summarize all the clues. Still, we may not yet know how it works. For example, the Merapi volcano in Indonesia has been erupting in some form, but last year the scientists allowed to monitor it with various eruptions!

What I'm interested in is not just science, but people's response to science in monitoring natural disasters, especially volcanoes and earthquakes. I got this example from a lecturer. The village along the coast of Malaysia may be hit by a tsunami someday. Scientists told local governments that an early warning system will be established and a park will be built at the top of the mountain. If the tsunami is about to attack the village, an alarm will sound and the villagers can climb the mountain for safety.

Every Sunday, the villagers leave the mountain house and have a family picnic. Then everyone can understand the escape route through the heart without having to think about it in an emergency.

One day, the alarm rang, do you know what people did? They fell into a panic and forgot that the safest thing was to go up the hill into his car and cause a stalemate on the road! The human reaction is as attractive as the science behind the tsunami.

This is what I want others to do to do the most fearful things you do everyday, go out and do it. Is the way to find something that can scare you now? It is easy to think about something you are not good at, and congratulations to finding what scares you the most. For example: - I am very afraid to speak in front of the masses to solve this problem, I joined the public speaking section, and now I am no longer afraid to do so. Do something that always scares you at all times. If you think that you are thinking about yourself instead of your own way, talk about whether you are doing good or bad things. Be yourself. Going out of your comfort zone will be your greatest achievement

Ask interesting questions. Asking questions such as "What is the most amazing thing you noticed when reading tweets about #YesAllWomen?" Is an interesting question than "What do you think about # YesAllWomen?" Likewise, asking one person to imagine a problem is more interesting than asking them to criticize but still gets information on what people are currently missing. Invite your target audience to become passionate. "What is the best? What is the worst?" In other words, remember the "concrete" rule. Please do not tell me anything you like. Please let them explain the wonderful time that you care about the application or the really bad time. Please make it simple and concrete for "what", "when", "who", "anywhere" question, not "how" or "why". Always break "from what" to "... what next happened" and change "why" to "who is involved".
