In T. H.'s novel "King of the future of the future". White, the character, Queen Guenever is drawn as a woman who is confused and lost in a well-organized marriage. She fought with an internal struggle with a shameful secret contaminated with an ugly knight Lancelot. In the era of King Arthur, women can only do what they can and decide what they can do. She eventually made several mistakes in her life, and it led to opposition from the people around her. She forcedly got married and did not have a malicious implication, but did what she thought necessary.
The past and the future king are about men's society, but white is disgusting with women. He is considerate and rich in portraits of Guenever. Of particular note is the moment Lancelot and Guenever fell in love for the first time. They went out for play and Guenever failed to help Lancelot and his mission. He scolded her and when her feelings got hurt, he suddenly said, "She was giving intent and he still does not return it benevolently, but the main thing is She is a real person. " The recognition of common humanity is the source of their inconvenient and passionate love.
The King before and the future King of TH White are immersed in learning and literature, but due to the work of Kingsley Amis or Virginia Woolf, it is not very splendid. Perhaps it is popular and influenced by Walt Disney's anime critic. However, this is a serious job that is fun and witty in many ways, but overall it is very dark. The volumes that were published as the future King of the future are actually 4 pieces each consisting of about 20 years. The first "stone sword" is related to King's Arthur's lost childhood and his education in Merlin. In the second part, the "Queen of Air and Darkness" talks about the story of Gawaine's younger sons (Agravaine, Gaheris and Gareth) and their mother, Morgause. He does not know that he is Arthur 's older sister. The third part, the devil knight, talks about the story of Sir Lancelot and his anxiety with Queen Jeff and Arthur.
The story of King Arthur, Lancelot, Queen Queen, and Tristram and Isolde seems to be amazingly flexible and modern. Malory's Le Morte d'Arthur sustains and inspires since it embodies human's most deepest desire for brotherhood and community, love worthy of death, courage, honor and chivalry.
"Future King and Future" talks about White's experience in war and tragedy - reflected in childish stupidity and tragic misery, full of Lancelot and Git's tragic. It is not always a simple book. It is clearly the product of its unique location and time. This is my favorite book.
