MACRA eliminates this patchwork system by integrating multiple quality reporting programs into the Medicare Reward Payment System (MIPS). Simplifying multiple quality reporting programs will limit the administrative burden of clinicians, improve payment based on value and quality, improve the transparency of quality standards, and enhance doctor's sense of responsibility. FFS does not provide incentives for improving the quality of care that patients receive, but by providing incentives to provide large-scale care, a doctor who rewards providers with the amount of care provided It is a number payment system. • Doctor quality report. Medical law also applies to the 2014 Health Care Physician Quality Reporting System, which provides financial incentives for physicians to report high quality data to the CMS. Beginning in 2015, the bonus will be canceled and doctors who do not adequately report quality data will see payment from Medicare decreasing.
