Qualities of a Good Mentor

Do you know if you are a good leader? Do you know what a tutor is? Do you know how mentors can make a difference?

Regardless of whether you are guiding a company's new recruits, nephew, or volunteering as a brother, it is a hard job to become a good mentor. There are many people in our community who wish to make a change and want to be a part of wonderful things, but there may be people who do not know where to start, or who think that there is no time or quality of good leaders I do not think so.
