Five Methods and Theories Creswell (2013) pointed out that qualitative research methods are often useful for research on topics that are not well understood. Tavallaei and Talib (2010) further points out that qualitative methods can be used if the researcher's variables are unclear, unknown, and the relevant theoretical grounds are missing in any way ( p. 571). This suggests that qualitative studies are not related to test hypotheses and variables, but rather to descriptions, analysis, and interpretation of specific phenomena (Creswell, 2013; Tavallaei & Talib, 2010).

As a result, the main method is qualitative research, in which investigation methods are embedded (Creswell, 2003). This hybrid approach made it possible for me to utilize all the possibilities (cited by Tashakkori & Teddlie, 1998, Creswell, 2003), a wider prospect for studying the two elements of the education system (ie teachers and their students) Provision This data will help explain problems that can not be solved with quantitative data (Creswell, 2003). The teacher's data included two municipal schools in Canada and 15 junior high school maths and science teachers (8 women and 7 men, 8 cities and 7 rural areas) in two local schools Interviews were included. These schools are selected as convenient samples because researchers can access them. Intentionally select teacher to reflect extensive educational experience. The sequential mixing method was used in this study. The design is divided into two stages. In this design, we first collect and analyze quantitative data, then collect and analyze qualitative data (Creswell & Plano Clark, 2007). The overall objective of the design is to characterize the data to help explain or establish the initial quantitative result of the first stage of the study (Creswell & Plano Clark, 2007). The advantage of this design is that its two-step nature makes implementation and reporting easier. By combining quantitative and qualitative methods, we can better understand research problems than using either method alone (De Vos, Strydom, Fouché & Delport, 2011).

Research method is more concrete than research design. Research methods are data collection and analysis techniques such as quantitative standardization tools or qualitative subject analysis of text data (Creswell, 2005; Creswell & Clark, 2007). In this research the term hybrid approach research means that the research design has philosophical assumptions to guide the direction of data collection and analysis. As a method of investigation, it focuses on collecting, analyzing and mixing quantitative and qualitative data in a single study.
