Qualitative and Inductive Approach

Method In this chapter, we analyze the procedure used for conducting the test. The procedures used are summarized in the following order: (a) research method, (b) research design, (c) data collection, (d) data analysis, (e) validity, and (f) ethical consideration . Methods of study Qualitative methods and inductive methods are used to record and analyze data from various variables that explain the style of perceived leadership and the satisfaction they produce. Since the focus of this research is to understand human behavior, beliefs, emotions about style of leadership and satisfaction of work, these methods are necessary.

Research research is based on qualitative data and methods analyzed in a carefully planned way are generalized so that qualitative data reflects inductive methods. (See Saunders et al., 2003 for Rounon 2002) and stated that "qualitative data is characterized by the abundance and fulfillment of target exploration level", researchers focus on qualitative data, It is still an important factor. It is used for interpretation of research and data. Researchers use search strategies in different ways to find results. The adopted strategy is explanatoryism, semi-structuring and inductive qualitative analysis. (Saunders et al., 2003)

The nature of the qualitative data collected affects that analysis. Some of the qualitative studies begin with an inductive method that develops a richer theoretical view already existing in the literature using natural literary designs and new research designs. Beginning with an a priori method, it is noteworthy that some qualitative research designs use qualitative procedures to test existing theoretical perspectives (Yin, 2009). Inductive methods may also include some elements of a priori method, as researchers develop their theoretical position and try to test their applicability through subsequent data collection and analysis. In practice, however, most qualitative studies are methodologically inductive, combining both inductive and inferential methods (Suddaby, 2006).

Qualitative and quantitative are two types of research strategies. A research strategy emphasizing an inductive method is called a qualitative method and emphasizes a method to emphasize the generation of a theory. Quantitative research requires a deductive approach focusing on theoretical tests. It embodies the concept of social reality as an external objective reality (Bryman, 2008). Marcoulides (1998) defines the deductive method as the verification of the theory. Researchers start with a series of theories and form assumptions based on them. Later, this study examined these assumptions. On the other hand, inductive methods are derived from collected empirical data and form concepts and theories based on this data (Marcoulides, 1998).
