The "announcement law" was promulgated because it tried to prevent Indians from hesitating or being afraid of experiences.
On June 22, 1774, Royals agreed on May 1, 1775 and came into force. The Quebec State Act (a bill stipulating more effective conditions for Quebec City in North America) canceled the Royal Declaration in 1763. Contrary to this announcement - the Quebec State Act gets the loyalty of most people in the local area of the French-speaking region of Québec, a bill designed to absorb the population of France and Canada. According to the experience of Governor James Mary and Governor General Guy Carlton, it guarantees, among other things, the freedom of worship and the recovery of the property rights of France. However, this bill has brought terrible results for the British North American Empire.
