As society enters the 21st century, maintaining a balance between freedom and health is a difficult task. Some people think that health should be the most important issue, others think that personal freedom is more valuable. I believe in the important ability of health, but the elimination of individual freedom violates the US Constitution which is approved to guarantee "perfect combination". In the Constitution, we "guarantee" freedom of individual speech, religion and choice. However, prohibiting smoking in certain places may impair people's freedom to protect the well-being of others. Believe it or not, smoking is nice. Reduction of death and obesity after heart attack. In addition, smoking is as harmful as pollution, people tend to unify these relationships. In order to balance these two aspects, society has to decide which is more important; free or public health. In terms of decision-making, it should rely on greater personal interests. Freedom is very important, but it should be limited for the benefit of people, if necessary. Personally, I think people should respect their docks adequately, I think that there should not be such a conflict. There are many health risks that you must be aware of before offering personal freedom. If you are smoking and the surrounding people are suffering from asthma, what will it have on them?

In this era, public health and personal freedom collided. Some people think freedom is definitely worth more than health, so some people think that they should be protected at all, others think that having public health is free. This broad belief leads to an intermediate position where freedom is sometimes restricted and potentially beneficial to public health. Some insist that society has nothing more valuable than freedom. This may be true for some patriotic people, but it certainly is not due to the beliefs of the majority of people in society. Researchers at Stanford University believe that the extremes caused by this belief include tolerance to smoking in public places.
