It helps to identify problems in life involved in depression and to understand which side of the problem can be solved and improved. Trained therapists can help depressed people to decide future choices and teach them how to improve emotional health. Victims are also taught how to identify and change distorted ideas. A competent therapist also helps to make positive prospects about life. The therapist can help the victim to improve the pattern of interaction with others. 12)
