Suicide or ending your life is a tragic event that has a strong emotional impact on survivors and their families. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 45,000 people in the United States committed suicide in 2016, becoming the tenth leading cause of overall death. Suicide across the country is also increasing. The suicide rate rose in 44 states between 1999 and 2016, and more than 30% increase was reported in half of the states.
The focus of many suicide prevention programs is to help young people, but the maximum number of suicides in the United States in 2015 was between 45 and 54 years. Men are particularly at risk, and their suicide rate is about four times the women's suicide rate. There are also big differences between ethnic groups and racial groups in that American Indians and Alaska Natives are the most dangerous groups.

Unfortunately, personal stories are sold. In an increasingly disconnected world, everyone is keen on connecting with this relationship. In order to become a virus, your content must be personal. Make it eye-catching, relevant to your content, and your title should be personal. If you can use 'me' or 'us' please do it. A story about your story, or at least the actual people and their experiences, is more attractive than the logical description of some dry concepts. I may write content that is not personal
