Psychological Research Report on Memory

It abstracts how to encode memory and which method can bring more memory. There are many different models that have been proposed for human memory and many different attempts cause greater recall when defining a particular coding method. In this experiment, subjects were asked to perform semantic tasks and related orthogonal tasks on words, where they analyzed the characters in the word. Experimental results show that semantically encoded words with words associated with them have greater memory.

Understanding the coding and testing conditions of memory can sometimes deduce their psychological origin (Reyna, Mills, Estrada, & Brainerd, 2007). In this article I will report on experimental results on narrative memories explaining many of these conditions and their impact on memory. Contrary to word memory, the memory of the story is more like memory of events of witnesses. One of the conditions is the delay between witnessing events and testimonies of events. The eyewitness report that occurred immediately after witnessing the crime is more likely to be based on verbatim memory than the report submitted later in the court so it is more likely to explain the details accurately. However, in the lawsuit, the details are usually not disclosed. Then you can verify these hypotheses with other evidence.

It affects the reliability of childhood memories. A recent report commissioned by the British psychological society warned that experts working in the legal system should not accept early memory (which can be traced back to 3 years) without definitive evidence. A particularly difficult aspect of initial memory is that it is susceptible to visual image contamination such as photos and videos. I am convinced that some memories of my childhood are actually watching my memories with photographs. In retrospect, we will always do this by interfering with our prisms. This makes it more important for psychologists studying memory to seek confirmation of evidence when they ask to remember the past.
