Proyect Management: Agile Project Management and PRINCE Metodology

The project management association defines the project as "a unique temporary effort to achieve the program's goal", but it can be defined from the viewpoint of output, achievement, or profit. Project management can be defined to effectively achieve the goals of the project using specific skills and applications and to improve the performance of the company in competitive markets.
