Protecting The Children

Many American children are currently being exploited and dangerous in agricultural business. They are children who may hurt or commit suicide by working long hours, handling dangerous pesticides, and manipulating dangerous agricultural equipment. There are limitations on the work of children at risk in the United States, but in agriculture these limitations have many exemptions. In agriculture these exemptions are not permitted. After all, whatever you do, your child's exploitation, injury, and death are the same.

There is a contradiction between the right of child protection and participation. The right to protect children from exploitation and child abuse while participating in rights, the right for children to participate in decisions about their lives, and the awareness of freedom and opinion. The viewpoint of adults and children may not necessarily be the same. For the greatest benefit of children, adults ignore many children's wishes and opinions. For example, (CRC)

Children are one of the most vulnerable members of society. Domestic law protects children until it is thought that children can interact in society like adults. Therefore, the criminal justice system treats children differently from adults. The law on children who violate the Criminal Code is included in the 2001 Child Act, amended by the Criminal Justice Act 2006, the Child (revised) Act of 2015 and other legislation. The Child Law 2001 became law in July 2001, and since then most of the provisions of the 2001 law and its amendments have been enforced. The law in 2001 was based on the idea that children who are in violation of the law could be detained (imprisoned) only by the state as a last resort. Before considering detention, there are many community-based measures that must be investigated and exhausted.
