Vitamins, antioxidants, oxidative stress, free radicals. Perhaps they are terms you have never heard before. Many people, including myself, do not know what it means until I get interested in my personal health years ago. Of course, I know what vitamins and antioxidants are, but free radicals and oxidative stress, I do not have any clues. Knowing what they are, I was surprised at the fact that free radicals and oxidative stress are generally resistant to humans. Some people think that they are the best way of life, as well as unhealthy people.

Briefly, antioxidants neutralize free radicals in the body. Free radicals create additional unstable atoms with unstable atoms with free electrons that tend to bind other stable atoms. Free radicals are produced by oxidative stress and cause cell degeneration. This causes disease in the absence of antioxidants to neutralize free radicals. The antioxidant is composed of polyphenols. Polyphenols are the main ingredient of antioxidants, micronutrients with antioxidant properties, and are a long list of health benefits related to green tea. These benefits include lowering cholesterol, improving blood flow, reducing the risk of heart disease, stabilizing blood sugar in diabetic patients, and preventing cancer by neutralizing free radicals (Kuriyama et al., 2006 ).

Polyphenols are widely believed to be powerful nutrients that resist free radicals in the body and can prevent oxidative damage. Free radicals are highly reactive molecules that may steal electrons from the first encounter, such as cell walls or DNA strands. Elimination of most of them, or elimination of complete shots can lead to the reverse problem of actually doing more damage. Free radicals are a natural byproduct of respiration, antioxidants remove extra parts and the rest perform other functions. This subtle balance behavior is easy to be too much or too few

I learned how atoms and molecules become free radicals, but how and why they are generated. Free radicals are naturally produced by various biochemical processes in the body, such as breathing and digestion. Sometimes the immune system generates free radicals and neutralizes various pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses. So now you understand why free radicals are not always bad, but when they accumulate too much they cause many problems to the body. Excess free radicals in the body are a major problem because their cell damage can cause premature aging, cancer, heart disease, autoimmune disease, skin disease, diabetes, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome and many other diseases There is a possibility. The type of ill you will receive will depend on which free radical defense in your body is not functioning and where extra free radical attacks will occur.
