Prostitution

Prostitution is common in societies before industrialization. The exchange between my husband and my wife is a way of many primitive people. Many prostitutes are maintained in ancient Middle East and Indian temples. It is thought that you can promote communication with the gods by having sex with them. In ancient Greece, prostitution prospered at every level of society. The lowest ranked prostitutes work at an accredited brothel and need the use of unique clothing as a badge for their occupation.

Regulation: Prostitution can be considered a legitimate business, and prostitution and prostitution employment is legal but regulated; the majority of the Netherlands, Germany, Australia, and some positions in Nevada (Nevada prostitution reference). Regulatory levels are very different, for example, in the Netherlands prostitutes do not need to undergo a mandatory medical examination (see Dutch prostitution), but in Nevada the rules are very strict (see Nevada Prostitution).

In Nevada, prostitution may be legal (N.R.S., 2010). Individuals engaged in prostitution in licensed "prostitution" in Nevada state will not be held liable for criminal liability. However, if the same person is engaged in prostitution in another state, that person may be subject to criminal prosecution. As for prostitution, we will explain in detail in Chapter 12 "Crime against the public".

Regulation of prostitution means that it is illegal outside the environment where prostitution is regulated. For example, there is a law in Nevada that prohibits prostitution outside of brothels, encourages others to become prostitutes, and relies on the benefits of sex workers. In these countries prostitution itself (in exchange for sexual money exchange) is illegal. Punishment for prostitution varies widely. Depending on the country, you may be sentenced to death. In other countries, you may be punished by punishment. I can impose a fine.
