Do you think that social networking is trendy? In fact, that changed the way we communicate. With one click, we can inform the world. In this era, we can enter the world simply by pressing a button. Social media is always an integral part of our daily lives. Last Thursday I went home at 3:30 pm, sat on the kitchen table, took out my cell phone to open Facebook in 20 seconds, then Instagram, then Twitter, and finally Vine I used it. I completely forgot about reading Fields' battle, studying the next day's test and doing homework on all other courses before I realize that it is 7 o'clock in the morning.

Social media has exploded in the past 25 years. Social media has many advantages and disadvantages, but today's technology will be faster and more complicated. Because the strengths and weaknesses of social media are so diverse, people think that social media is merely a result and has no impact. First, technology is the driving force of the US presidential election. This article focuses on the epidemic of stress. As long as there is no major change in our lifestyle, many people walk around with their blood in their hand without knowing (or not knowing) it. Suicide is not the cause; this is an effect. According to WHO, the suicide rate of the world has increased by 60% in the past 45 years. It is terrible to think of a large number of people (your family, your friends) walking around and seeking relief from depression and anxiety in their own torture room.
