Facility Information Center (Lebanese Spark Proposal) - The innovation project I proposed is a facility information office kiosk for veterans. It is a visual touch screen for virtual tours that knows where the destination is and prints the final print orientation. It also offers events / special offers for the entire facility. Redbox Automated Retail LLC was founded in 2002. It was originally a grocery store and DVD rental shop, an experiment funded by McDonald's. In the first year Redbox abandoned the grocery store side and utilized the automatic DVD vending machine rental service. In 2009, Redbox became a wholly owned subsidiary of Coinstar. The strategic evaluation of Redbox's internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential threats is the basis of this marketing plan. Redbox shows non-traditional marketing sites, but they have proved to be successful marketing channels. Contract between Redbox and Verizon, implementing streaming movies, lowering rental prices, providing convenient services for busy consumers

McDonald's is not the only fast-food company focused on automated customer service. Panera Bread has introduced a self-service kiosk to about half of the restaurants, and the other half is planning to provide a kiosk by the end of the year. Wendy wants to follow the suit. Unfortunately, the increase in push to raise the minimum wage may force the fast food chain to choose between reducing labor costs and reducing vending machine costs. Promoting raising the minimum wage will have other negative consequences. Companies with billion dollars such as McDonald and Wendy can afford to set up kiosks, but other small businesses are forced to adjust in other ways. To catch up with higher wages, these SMEs may need to be severely dismissed, or in some serious cases, they are completely closed. This may sound sensational, but it is very realistic.
