With this, the divorce rate in the United States reached 51.5%. Among the divorced couples, New York Times attorney and author Beverly Willet claims to have 1 million children per year affected. Such a huge number shows that for the people around these children, in most cases, they must know their development and influence.

It is a perfect challenge for a teacher to trade with parents who have decided to divorce. First of all, when you are not at home, you need to become a guardian of the children. Teachers need to ensure that children can stay safely on campus. Secondly, they must be able to deal effectively with the students' experiences and emotional trauma. They must be able to understand what their students are experiencing. Thirdly, the teacher should know what to say and when to talk to the child. When speaking with students, you need to be careful to choose words as much as possible.
