Promotion is information that is disseminated to support the cause. Whether the information is true or false, or whether the reason is fair is not important. That is publicity.

The word propaganda is often used in a negative sense and is used especially for politicians who make incorrect advertisements and receive elections and spread rumors. In fact, all sports used for persuasion are sometimes called propaganda.

But first, to explain the mechanism of the campaign, I will briefly explain. Propaganda is usually divided into three different camps. White propaganda, black publicity, and gray publicity (Heibert, 2003). White propaganda is totally authentic, black propaganda is full of lies, fraud, and false information. And gray propaganda is an ambiguous line between them. Researchers have determined that it is difficult to determine what kind of promotion is being used before clarifying the influence of the information.

According to historian Zbyněk Zeman, the promotion is defined as white, gray, or black. White publicity publicly discloses its source and intention. Gray advertising has ambiguous or undisclosed sources or intentions. Black advertisement claims to be released by enemies or specific organizations except its actual origin (black behavior is a secret activity to hide government sponsorship compared to black behavior) . In terms of scale these different types of promotions can also be defined by the possibility of realistic and correct information to compete with publicity. For example, anti-white propaganda is often easy to discover and may slightly hurt the source of propaganda. For gray publicity (usually by internal sources), there is the possibility of breathing for some publicity
