As an intern nurse, I contacted all the groups receiving primary care. For families, obstetrics and roles in existing screening services for women's health, women can receive primary care more frequently than men (Wall & Owen, 2002). In the practice review (Appendix 1), similar results are shown locally. Men are silent about themselves and family health management and the chances of discussing health issues with colleagues is low (Annandale & Hunt, 2000).

Promotion of the transmission of healthy health is mainly done outside medical service. When health care services have health communication, it lacks a broad approach to social and ecological health promotion and needs to deal with lifestyle diseases and health disparities. Eco health promotion methods include determining socio-economic and cultural factors of health and providing information and life skills to make appropriate health decisions. This approach involves promoting health and preventing disease, which is referred to herein as a health promoting method.
The concept of health promotion is to emphasize the practice of community-based health promotion, community involvement, and health promotion practices based on social and health policy (Baisch, 2009). However, empirical studies seem to indicate that nurses adopt an individualist approach and behavioral perspective, and development of health promotion concepts does not affect nurses' actual health promotion practices (Casey , 2007a; Irvine, 2007). Meanwhile, there was extensive discussion on how to integrate health promotion into care plan and how to shift nurse education from disease-oriented to health promoting ideology (Rush, 1997; Whitehead, 2003; Mcilfatrick, 2004) .
