It explains the features of distance learning and how to use the new technology to achieve ideal learning outcomes among learners. This survey highlights the strengths and weaknesses of distance education and explains recommendations for maximizing the advantages. - Whether an online university is a legitimate form of education is always a conflict. From current non-traditional style to Internet fraud, it is clear why people think online school when people are skeptical. There are more than 200 online universities on the World Wide Web, how can we actually check whether these online institutions provide educational forms of practice?

Recently, we have witnessed the trends of "distance learning" and "online education", and there are many pressures in the university to develop these new educational models. Given the educational potential that web technology creates, this is not surprising. Furthermore, there is no doubt that this trend is important. Especially if they contribute to educational inclusiveness. Schools and universities are places where we can discuss things in a more flexible and less restrictive environment. However, such a safe space is becoming more important in the digital age.
