Working as a project manager at Vision Regeneration made me realize the characteristics of successful projects.

It should describe the project execution process and it is different from the project management process. For example, you can describe the design and installation method of the manufacturing system, the construction method of the building, the method of developing new products and commercializing it. You can identify the link to the project management tool within the process, not the development method. Manuals need to be widely distributed and widely understood, and professional education may be needed to ensure understanding of the process
A project management organization that implements several similar projects may discover that process improvement tools can be used to identify and improve the baseline processes used in the project. Process improvement tools can also help you identify opportunities for cost and schedule improvement. In order to affect the performance of the project, we need to quickly identify opportunities for improvement. In the early stages of the project, when the project is in the planning stage, investment in finding time and resources for improvement will be the greatest. At the latter stage of the project, the project culture will not change the workflow as the pressure to achieve the project schedule goal increases.
