Project management is a comprehensive task of the project manager, covering several steps from the beginning to the end and ensuring the success of the project (Klimenko, 2014, p. 13). As I have experienced during the Belbin project, these activities must be carefully organized and accurately planned. During project management, I applied the five basic processes shown in the appendix. The first process is a launch, which involves determining the nature and extent of the project (Daft & Lane, 2005, p. 337). At this stage all requirements such as analysis, goal setting, current operational review, feasibility etc. are taken into account. The second process we do is plan to involve setting the appropriate time for each activity, taking into account the relevant costs and necessary resources. We also started risk planning activities to deal with uncertainty.

The actual duration of the project was obtained from the detailed schedule of the initial phase of the project. This includes the activity definition, the activity sequence, and the activity period to create a baseline project schedule. During the project period, time estimates are monitored and reevaluated by introducing a phased planning / management system. This allows the computerized reporting system to be used for comprehensive strategic planning of all aspects of the project and provides administrators with appropriate reports and detailed daily activities.
