Program Proposal Form

Thank you for introducing this program to customers of the East Brunswick Public Library. The library welcomes proposals, suggestions, suggestions, qualified speakers, writers, and performers from the public. Your proposal will be judged by the Library Planning Committee. All individuals and organizations that need consideration must complete the library plan proposal. The application form must be received at least two months before the scheduled date of the program.
