Professional Reflection from an Experienced Teacher

I have been a teacher for 12 years. Meanwhile, I am deeply aware of the practice of pedagogy and teacher training. In this article I reported on the experience of two current teachers of English who took part in the professional development course at Bogota's public university and they started the introspectional education process through the development of introspective thinking skills. We gathered data through interviews, observations, videos, questionnaires and diaries. The results of the survey show some of the attitudes of teachers to referrals, factors that stimulate and reduce contemplation, and some of the changes observed in teaching practice.
