Why is it that most products can not meet the product market? Product management expert Dan Olsen shared his advice on how to fit the product market with the Lean Product Handbook. Like Spider-Man, he knows that excellent product management will bear much responsibility. In his PRODUCTIZED presentation, Dan explained the iterative approach to achieving his lean product flow, product market conformity and explained it through an actual case study. Normally product managers are considered CEOs of products. From defining key MVP functions to developing a roadmap, PM is responsible for many of the products. Regardless of how you define the role of PM, there is always one thing in the product manager's bucket to achieve product market suitability.

I have served as a product manager for various companies for more than 10 years. One thing I noticed was little discussion about product management. We rarely meet product managers from other companies. But I always think that product management is one of the most important functions, and if you do it well you can make the company and the product better, which will hurt the company and the team if it does not work .
