Today, the school is faced with student problems without discipline. The wave without current discipline among students is the most uneasy and it requires immediate attention from all stakeholders in the education field.
The subjects among students are mainly manifested in various uncontrollable behaviors indicated by students both inside and outside the school. It includes unpleasant behaviors such as violence, battle on the street, hooligans, school failed schooling, even wearing uniforms, moral relaxation, gambling, other non-ethical behavior, improper outfit.
Disciplinary action at school is attributed to parents who ignore children's discipline at home.
Today, parents ignore their responsibility for properly raising children; these children spend merely a little time and bring moral disappointment. Many of them who are not trained are products of broken houses and careless parents. Families are mainly to learn our learning institutions
Furthermore, we can not excuse our society. Disobedience is a social problem. It comes from the societal values that we are now distorted and corrupted. Society needs a student type that it gets. There are many violations in our society, but that only affects our students. For example, students who like to gamble at school realize that there is no sincere way to earn money, and society does not accept diligence.
For national education, violations are more harmful than good. This has led to a decline in the academic performance of the school. Due to the lack of discipline, many students neglect their study. And it makes them involve in cheating and other academic abuse tests. This was done with the help of several teachers who also contributed to weakening the subject of our school.
Disciplinary behavior between school teachers and staff other than teachers also contributes to serious misconduct in schools. Therefore, it leads to the growth of the wrong student. In most schools this problem is done in daily order, so the students think that what they are doing is correct, and I wonder why the teacher can not do it. With that idea, these students grow, and they may never stop being crazy about illegal activities
In most cases, we saw and heard some rotten leaders but never noticed that it might have started at their school. The problem of disciplinary violation at school is beyond our imagination. It began gradually at school and later seriously damaged the image of the country.
As a whole, if you do not want to encounter such big problems that you can not deal with in the future, you should suppress disciplinary action at school unless you completely eradicate it.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the cause and effect of student's misconduct in the school system of the student. This is because the number of departments in these schools departments are increasing all over the country. Several variables in this study include social impact, parent influence / support and parent socio-economic achievement. There are many factors in the discipline of students in society. In this research we investigated the factors of junior high school students' disciplinary actions and the necessity for all educators to find solutions to solve problems in our school system. The research design was used for this study; the research group was estimated to be 3,024 people, estimated to be all public middle school students in the Ogba / Egbema / Ndoni municipality district of River State. Using a simple random sampling method, 200 students were used as samples. Research is guided by four research questions.
