Priority List for Implementing Supervision Instructional Strategies

Leaders have to use all supervision strategies well, effectively and flexibly. Enlightened leaders are leading education teams to provide constructive feedback to improve teaching and ultimately improve student performance and maximize their potential. Based on my research on various strategies, my priorities are as follows. Major friends groups, standards based drills, peer coaching, mentoring, peer assessment, clinical supervision, portfolio assessment, and behavioral research.

IS is any alternative educational strategy that provides formal education. Students work independently under written agreement and work under the comprehensive supervision of qualified teachers. The attendance rate of IS depends on the time value of the student's work products and is determined by the student's boss. Since IS is not a substitute course but a different educational strategy, students follow the same learning curriculum and achieve the same academic standards as the classroom students. Students must conform to EC sections 51222, 51225.3, 51241, and 60800. This requires all students in 5th, 7th and 9th graders to be tested in the state fitness test (FITNESSGRAM®). Note: IS is provided by regional options, not all regions offer this alternative educational strategy.

The study confirmed the urgent need for educational strategies that will support CLD students suffering academic needs of language, culture and content as regional priorities. Many strategies that support English in native speakers apply to CLD, but there are major differences in the way CLD students succeed in academic design. These differences are greatly related to the teacher of the K - 12 classroom, which is designed to emphasize strategies based on various research.
