Priority action 1: Future innovation and prosperity

Logan City will be the driving force for innovation, cooperation, opportunity, new work, and economic prosperity

We will work with the community, innovator and industry to build a network of innovation / collaboration centers in Logan

We will promote research, innovation and partnership to promote economic diversity, growth and resilience

We will modernize the procurement process and methods of the Board to promote local innovation, achieve results, and make it easier to coordinate with the Board.

We will establish Logan City as a laboratory for city innovation life - a place to test, test, test, create, learn and improve

We collaborate with employers and local communities to encourage contemporary work choices (eg work together, remotely work, and respond flexibly)

We will strengthen our open data plan and utilize the Internet's Internet and big data to build a more efficient, innovative and vibrant city.

We use town innovation qualification as a good place for investment, business, innovation, cooperation, work and growth.

We will continue to develop unpacking innovation programs to build regional excitement, connections, capabilities, collaboration, and action.

We coordinate and support the Logan and Redlands Regional Innovation Program (ARIP) in cooperation with the Queensland Government, Redlands City Council and Griffith University.

Brisbane is an ideal place for our start-ups as the state government recognizes the importance of technological innovation for future economic prosperity. Many countries are focusing on resources, etc. Even today, almost all such industries are seriously affected by advances in technology and automation. This is where the future and wise money are. Governments that support what you are doing, especially providing early support, are very important for startup. By applying for Queensland Ignite Ideas grant in advance, you can provide IMR financial support at an important moment, create value for the company as founder, and abandon less capital when the evaluation is low.

When I wrote, the Italian parliament appointed the government and tried to avoid early elections. I know that foreign investment and innovation is not a top priority. But in the near future it would be prudent to contact many first generation Italians overseas. Please do not bring them back to Italy (I personally do not), but share that experience with the agency.
