School leaders make hard decisions everyday to help them. They need to evaluate their decisions to ensure they are ethical and effective. Administrators should listen to every aspect of the situation and evaluate all options before making a decision. This process is difficult as administrators need to ensure that all involved parties are satisfied with the decisions made.
