I. INTRODUCTION In this paper, we will examine the influence of the onshore wind power generation project of Tehachapi Pass Wind Power Station and San Goronio Pass Wind Power Plant on the housing price of California especially in each county of Kern, Riverside and San Bernardino. As the United States continues to diversify its energy consumption, it is necessary not only to consider the impact of renewable energy on energy supply and cost, but also to recognize existing community problems. These concerns can be regarded as externalities in renewable energy generation projects.
San Gorgonio Pass is one of the most windy areas in the province, so it is a leading candidate for wind turbines. California supplies about 30% of the world's wind power generation 2 The San Gorgonio Pass has over 3,500 wind turbines, many of which are gathered on the white water floor (short flow) caused by 5 Desert wind (such as Coachella Valley) did not occur soon. The Sangolgonio Pass was constructed by the San Andreas Fault System, and since the 6th Sagoronio Pass is a simple evaluation, it is the easiest way to the coastal basin. The eastern end of the aisle enters the Whitewater Canyon's Coachella Valley. It is a well shaped gradient ramp measuring about 5 miles between Windy Point and Whitewater Hill. The summit is located at 2,600 feet altitude, west of Beaumont. Pass through without steep slope
Although the geological era of the Sangolgonio Pass is millions of years ago, California's "fashion" is relatively new, only about 20 years have passed. However, because the wind turbine on the side of Palm Springs in the Sangolgonio pass emerges in several movies in Hollywood, both are "movie stars". Five
The wind farm consists of several individual wind turbines connected to the grid. Land-wind power generation is an inexpensive power source, cheaper than coal or natural gas, or cheaper than coal or natural gas in many places. Offshore wind power is more stable than offshore wind power and the visual impact of the onshore wind power station will be small but the cost of construction and maintenance will be much higher. A small onshore wind farm can supply some energy to the grid or it can power the remote grid outside location
Many of the largest onshore wind farms are located in the United States and China. The Gansu wind farm power plant in China sets more than 5,000 megawatts, and by 2020 it is targeting 20,000 megawatts. There are several "wind power generation bases" of similar scale in China. The Alta Wind Energy Center in California is the largest land-based wind farm outside China, with a generating capacity of 1020 megawatts. Europe's wind power generation usage is close to 66 gigawatts, accounting for about 66% of the world, Denmark is in the leading position according to the per capita capacity installed in each country. As of February 2012, the British Volney Wind Farm is the world's largest offshore wind farm with 367 MW power, followed by the Sartre Wind Farm (300 MW) in the UK.
