Introduction: More than one million violent crimes occur each year in the United States. An average of 48% of the million violent crimes are related to organized crime groups or personal organized crime groups. (FBI) The gang which produces these high violent crime rates is not concentrated in one area but concentrates in the center of the city all over the country. In addition, these groups are not stagnant, but they are growing every year by having minority men join their team again and again.
In the past 20 years, the number of US gang members has increased rapidly. According to the 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment, there are about 1.4 million gang members, accounting for 48% of total violent crime and non-violent crime nationwide (Wong, Ton, Hung & Ang, 2013). Participation in gangs may increase the possibility of illegal behavior and may adversely affect the orbit of future life. Because these men are responsible for the murder and rape of this young woman, the evidence is obvious and correct.
