Pressure Groups

Introduction Stress groups are small and extremely diverse based on their interests and activities, and it is well known that their functions provide a high-quality image that can be affected and changed by the function. "Pressure groups are organizations trying to influence the details of relatively small public policy, not the functions of approved political parties" (Baggott, 1995: p.2). The purpose of the pressure group is to generate assistance that can influence the political agenda; this can directly persuade the government to consider taking action.

There are various pressure groups all over the world. This is a list of British pressure groups. Based on the relationship with British policy makers, these pressure groups can be divided into high-level internal and influential internal groups and external groups with little or no direct involvement or influence I will.

Influence of pressure organizations on government Before deciding whether pressure groups democratize or make the government more effective, the constituents of pressure organizations must be decided. Modern democratic society includes active citizenship, open government, voting rights over the age of 18, community, freedom of expression, participation and diversity. These attempts are recommended only for candidates who are considered sympathetic to their interests.
