Simulation was introduced in the second semester as a semi-degree nursing program as an educational strategy aimed at strengthening learning, promoting critical thinking, and filling in the gap between theory and practice. One of the main goals is to minimize mistakes, promote quality care, and build teamwork. Assign decisions and complete tasks and activities. Simulation helps students receiving care to coordinate communication skills and coordinate the functions needed to work across interdisciplinary teams in today's health care environment

Interdisciplinary education and collaboration are thought to be key to achieving safe, high-quality, accessible patient-centered care. Simulation focusing on interdisciplinary learning objectives provides nursing students the opportunity to study with colleagues in other medical fields (Interprofessional Education Collaborative, 2011). Studying methods, students will be the center of education, from purely educated consumers to active learners (Jeffries & Clochesy, 2012). Educators face the unique challenge of developing education strategies from highly structured learning to voluntary learning, reactive thinking, and critical thinking reflected critically. Context learning is a combination of classroom and clinical practice, simulation is a combination of thought and practice giving learners different views to reflect reconsideration of practice.

These methods will help nurses prepare high quality results for the needs of patients with complex needs. For educators, the risk of nurturing excellent practitioners in every situation is high. The simulation provides a mechanism for practicing certain knowledge, skills, and attitudes by thinking about the possible decisions in the patient care plan standardized by the learner in a safe learning environment. Educators can create scenarios and responses related to learner's behavior using highly fidelity human models. This education provides practice in the context of patient care to better prepare nurses for complex patient care. The simulation also provides the opportunity for nurses to practice to identify and manage obvious and subtle clues that the patient's condition is about to get worse.
