Written by Della E. Macmillan and Alice Willard for the Catholic Relief Service (CRS) and the American Red Cross, this guide provides a set of tools designed to help with a phased process and pre-assessment plan.
"The purpose of our writing preparation assessment is to provide readers with information that will help them get the most out of project evaluation. The module ensures that costs are minimized and confusion and frustration are ensured Focus on what should be done before the evaluation to confirm what is being done Field staff of the evaluation project and external evaluator Individual, content, time, place, method of preparing the evaluation, and information and logistics It provides step-by-step instructions on concrete tools for systematization and is very common in many environments. ¿ 1/2 Evaluation Matrix (recommended as deliverable that can be included in the initial report) - The Evaluation Matrix is the tool that the evaluator creates as a map and reference when planning and implementing the assessment. It can also be used as a useful tool. Summarize and visualize the evaluation design and methodology discussed with stakeholders. Evaluation questions detailed in the evaluation are increasing, and country, region, and world level evaluation groups make an important contribution to the evaluation field. I recently had the opportunity to hold a creative workshop for the group, but as a precondition, I think that it is beneficial to evaluate the character of the members of the seminar. After evaluating several tools, I finally identified a multi-intelligence tool for this exercise. In this article, my goal is to explain the motivation of the tool and the outline of the subsequent process so that the reader can accomplish my development using tools. Multiple intelligence is the theory advocated by Dr. Howard Gardner in 1983. It suggests that our possibilities are not only limited by general intelligence, but are actually influenced by eight different intellects as well. Understanding what these intelligence are, enabling educators to recognize these benefits of children, can therefore encourage the specific natural skills of these children. For adults in the workplace, it allows people to try to find carriers and work that people can evaluate their strengths and take advantage of this advantage.
