Evaluation report templates are intended as a guide to create meaningful, useful and reliable evaluation reports that meet quality standards. A clear section-by-section format that all evaluation reports should obey is not specified. Instead, it suggests what should be included in the quality assessment report. The following statements from the UNEG "UN System Evaluation Criteria" and "Ethical Standards for Evaluation" .66 assessment report should be arranged in a complete and logical manner.
