Power's Destruction: King Lear

Shakespeare's "King Lear" portrays the adverse effects of power and led to destruction caused by authoritative children. Through lies and constant hatred, its role makes greed in power and damages within the family. Leah's daughter and son Gloucester told a lie that he took over the power. Gloucester's son Edmund plans to destroy his younger brother Edgar from his legacy. Edmund inherited the full power of his father greedily, regained the energy of his brother and his father, completed his sovereignty plan, destroyed their lives.
