The prime minister of the prime minister is the chief of the British Isles and is therefore considered to be the most powerful person in the archipelago. After the general election, the prime minister is appointed by the incumbent monarch, and according to the tradition, the leader of the most seated party of the House is normally elected in the general election above. The prince has no obligation to appoint the party leader but the former prime set a precedent that he is expected to follow.
The prime minister (miniszterelnök) is elected chairman of the Diet and exercises administrative authority. Traditionally, the prime minister is the largest party leader in Congress. Ministerial candidates must attend a hearing in front of one or more parliamentary committees, survive after the National Assembly vote and be officially approved by the President, but the Prime Minister's election cabinet members I have an exclusive right to dismiss. The executive right belongs to the prime minister, and the prime minister leads the cabinet to oversee the conference. Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister (tánaiste) and Finance Minister must be members of Dáil. Other government ministers must be members of either parliament, but no more than two can be senators. The municipal system consists of five county municipal enterprises, municipalities of five major cities, 29 county councils, and numerous city council and town council committees. Each of these is elected by universal voting rights. Of the 29 county councils, only 24 represents the whole county. For administrative purposes, the traditional Tipperary County is divided into North and South, each with a county council and Dublin divided into three county councils (Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, Southern Dublin).
