Since the advent of mankind, at some point, the economic wealth of others generally divided the seeds into three categories: rich, poor, and intermediary. It has existed for millions of years and will continue to exist for millions of years, and it will be one of many foundations to live in public opinion. Human income is what defines them. Four Centuries of Racial Discrimination and Jim Crow's Law have created an "ecologically different" poor community that perpetuates poverty. These communities are deserts such as opportunities, nutrition, employment, education, health care and so on. There are no ordinary people who wish to live in these places.
