Poverty and Inequality

Today, the United States has spent more than 16 times on welfare since the 1960s, but the poverty rate of the Federation remains almost unchanged.

Poverty and inequality: Poverty and inequality are at the center of poor health, high mortality, lack of educational opportunities. These factors themselves perpetuate and aggravate individual poverty and domestic and global inequality. In Least Developed Countries, medical expenses are about $ 11 per person per year, well below the $ 30 per capita recommended by the World Health Organization to cover basic medical care. Poor people also tend to reduce access to modern contraceptives, to live in areas where the environment deteriorates, to emigrate to "push" survival rather than "pull out" opportunities. In the United States, the state's pupils' poverty rate fluctuates between 7% and 26%, suggesting that even highly industrialized societies are not dealing with this problem.

Poverty and inequality are widespread. The number of people living in poverty is decreasing, but inequality is expanding. Both contribute to the expansion of the family, and are increasing. Tackling the problems of poverty and other expanded family problems, especially women's rights and lack of health and rights on sexual and reproductive, is necessary to turn the vicious circle into a virtuous cycle. Extreme poverty is common in developing regions of the world. Some developing countries experience poverty traps. Large families have large families, withstand high mortality rates of children and maintain this poverty in the later years. However, at the social level, the resulting total population and limited resources may bring their people into sustained poverty.
