Postmodern first appeared around the 1980s, experienced a busy and chaotic era. The authority is the center, the truth does not exist, the definition of the post-modernist theory which depicts the world as a new era of society is splitting; that expression alone. Those who believe in postmodernism theory claim that postmodernism is presently a mixture of past and future, and more specifically cultural and spatial elements of these different eras (Lemert, 2010). The post-modern era is an information age, even though it is considered to be even a technological era.
Postmodern challenges the traditional cultural value of today's society, especially Western society. Today's life is very different from the life 50 years ago or 30 years ago. Traditional marriage and family values do not exist anymore and women have the same status as men in their job statements and will not settle in later life. Many couples choose not to have children. Religion has little impact on society and has little to do with many people. Postmodern is an explanation of these changes in contemporary society and culture. Elizabeth Wilson, visiting professor of cultural studies at London Fashion University, says:
Postmodern challenges the traditional cultural value of today's Western society. People experienced fundamental changes in the lifestyle they thought were appropriate 40 to 50 years ago. As more women take over men in the workplace, traditional values such as marriage and families are no longer maintaining their position in today's women. Women also tend to settle in later life rather than marriage, children are the only goal of life. Post modernism has become a true meaning of these changes in contemporary culture and society to the extent that the influence of religion on people is much smaller and almost meaningless. Postmodern is now part of the modern language, meaning "the spirit of the times".
Modernists believe in the educational system, stable family life, moral training, and a reasonable choice for marriage partners. Under post-modern circumstances, people are constantly in the state of construction and reconstruction. Every reality of self gives way to reflexive questions, irony, and ultimately to another interesting inquiry into reality. Analysis of the middle-class family of Gegen follows the phenomenon that technical saturation increases with short-term, nonspecific social relationships. However, Stacey's low-level "family" - multiple, continuous cooperative relationships of postmodernism - lives in materially unstable state, and its members, in particular women, create various social activities and relationships It is not only to do. Just to keep living
