On March 8th, JA in the central part of Kentucky held their first JA Girl $ event. In cooperation with Citizens First Bank, in collaboration with Young Athenas, they used the "JA It's My Future" course to join the local high school 125 seventh grade girls to JA every day. Girls are surrounded by a positive women's role model that focuses on teaching the decisions they made today that will affect their future. The following is an e-mail from one of the participating schools.
"Thank you for having a wonderful day at the JA Girl $ event, our young women love it! While returning to school, one of our women said After lunch, I felt that I could do anything for lunch.
That afternoon, when we returned to school, Mr. Reed, our social research teacher, told me about the exciting things that happened in his class. He said that TC (a young woman who participated in the event) seldom wants to attend the class. They are lecturing classes and she is very scared. But when she returned to the classroom she approached him and asked if he could be in the next class. She was told that she was inspired by the woman she met at the JA event and she was ready to join the class.
If you do not share with you, I can not let you leave me this week. Thank you for holding such a wonderful event for our girls, they need to hear what they really said on Wednesday! Please share this with the moderator and do such a wonderful event to our girls. Thank you very much. "
When Young Achievements (JA) encourages universities to join the Memphis City School faculty team, fortunate opportunities are a happy opportunity. JA has developed an economic and social structure course for children from 1st grade to 6th grade and trained community members to introduce the course. A social science teacher is fascinated by this occasional opportunity, recognizing that the best way for students to learn the concept of curriculum is to teach them. In fact, JA's invitation is consistent with the problem that students enrolled in LeMoyne-Owen do not have sufficient verbal reporting experience. This is an important element of the JA project. Based on our experience, we find that LeMoyne-Owen students respond best to child-related services and many students seek ways to motivate young people to achieve academic success and aim for university education doing.

This is an interesting place. In this survey, we found that girls are more likely to have a male role model than boys. Research on the impact of the gender role model focuses on building self-esteem of third grade children through a storybook. You can see that both a girl and a boy can be respected from a character of same sex in a book - it is not surprising. However, they also revealed that girls responded more aggressively than boys than boys. There are several main reasons for this. Men usually have a higher position in a more famous role and play more movies, books, and art, male character models are better than female character models. An exciting character. Women who played the leading role in feature films reached the highest ever in 2016 - but the highest level of history means that they accounted for 29% of the top 100 movies this year. (7% increase from 2015)
