In my opinion, the interaction between people and food is one of the most sacred and productive relationships in human history - in short, everyone likes to eat. Two slices of bacon, lettuce, tomato, mashed potatoes covered with brown gravy sauce, stuffing, and double cheeseburger containing strawberry shake. Nevertheless, in addition to satisfying some customer's satisfaction with the consumption of such delicious foods, they are also interested in the food they eat and climate change, poverty, economic fluctuation, cultural distortion

The big change in the 19th century was the first time in history where Musas' trap and doubt about the relationship between population, food supply and income were questioned. 123% of the population during which the overall economic output - Northwest Europe GDP - increased by 813%, per capita income increased by 305%. Therefore, the average level of available economic resources has increased by twice the population.

The history of conservation is often consistent with the history of food additives, and humans are constantly striving to improve taste, color and shelf life. However, along with the Industrial Revolution, America's labor force has changed. The population has increased and is being further condensed in the city. This inherently changes food production. With this transition, companies are responsible for providing services to more people. Initially, additives were used for food preservation purposes. But outside preservation, they are used to hide quality problems and hide problems. Chemicals are used to make products look beautiful until reaching consumers and hide the smell and appearance of corruption. However, the times change and additives are now subject to more stringent regulations. These rules are developed to benefit consumers, but consumers understand additives.

Food additives have been used for thousands of years. Since there is no precise history of when and how to discover food additives, researchers will use additives first when humans learn to preserve their crops at different harvest seasons I believe. However, until today Egypt to Roman times, the appearance of food productivity and desirable appearance has been practiced for centuries. Both groups use food colorants, flavors and other additives to improve the appearance and taste of the food. Historically, salt, herbs and certain fats have been used as processing aids. Salt is used for preservation of ham, improvement of taste of food, suppression of fermentation of vegetables and fish. Considering the lack of food inspection at the time, food manufacturers used enough additives for food and forged them to deceive consumers.
