1) Research Question: The obvious problem of the article "Nurse Management Limpopo Hospital (1)" is that the hospital leads to patient health problems due to insufficient management of the clinic. This is due to the absence or delay of doctors and other staff in poorly managed hospitals. Another problem is that treatment is not appropriate when patients are in heavy sickness because of poor management. Obviously, this caused the patient's health problems as four infants died.

Hospital management is a new term coming from hospital and administration. Hospitals are a means of medical service and management is a way to use resources efficiently. Even in developed countries, hospital administration is not so old concept, Nepal is far behind other countries in the development of this field. Lack of expertise in existing human resources, lack of skilled human resources, poor socioeconomic situation, and government's low interest in hospitals are obstacles to the development of hospital management in Nepal. All this information is gathered through a literature review provided by the library, and a website developed by the government, universities and academic institutions.

Hospital management is a new field. In Nepal, Pokhara University opened a hospital management course only in 2001. It then provided a milestone for hospital administration. Thereafter, private hospitals have begun hiring hospital administrators due to the influence, and the government is beginning to consider the need for individual hospital management processes under medical service (NOC, 2011). In the United States, the hospital is managed by the US Department of Health. Its history dates back to 1798, when the US began to introduce managed medical services (USDHHS, 2001). The UK has established a national health service (NHS) in 1948, which operates a hospital. A total of 12,000 doctors work in hospitals throughout the UK (NHS, 2011). The Ministry of Health and Welfare is in charge of managing hospitals in India.
