Polymorphisms of Crystalline Solids

A polymorphic polymorph of a crystalline solid is a phenomenon in which a compound can precipitate and form many crystal structures. Because of space-time constraints, we decided to limit the scope of this article to polymorphisms containing only crystalline solids, not polymorphisms related to DNA and genetically related topics. In many technical fields it is known that the presence of polymorphisms and the characteristics of different polymorphisms are important.
