AADE is committed to providing voice to Capitol Hill and the capital diabetes educator and diabetic patients.

The AADE communication program is responsible for maintaining a nationwide network of diabetes educators to support activities that affect people with diabetes and public policy related to diabetes education and care.

The policy and advocacy agenda will consider the status of civil rights and advocacy of GC's action at the federal, state, and regional levels. Based on the recently adopted strategic plan, the GC has identified the best opportunity for state-level advocacy activities for citizens to create favorable conditions for action. This state-level focus will include creating conditions favorable for the school to actually participate, in collaboration with state-level law impact, national education department and other major companies. While policy changes at all levels are necessary to create favorable conditions for action-taking citizens, we focus mainly on our own support activities and resources at the state level.

The Generation Citizen (GC) Policy and Advocacy Agenda explains our approach to prioritizing action citizens in federal, state and local policies, laws, education standards, and programs. Our agenda is not intended to be a clear statement applicable to all communities. Rather, the agenda is an overview of our policy stance to promote the basic elements of behavioral citizenship policy. These basic elements include student voice priorities, project-based learning, citizen's knowledge, and youth involvement with local governments.

UNDP's corporate initiative has two main elements: research, policy, advocacy agenda, and action-oriented agenda. Policy research and support will be held at the headquarters level, the Oslo governance center, and the regional center. Behavior-oriented initiatives are conducted at regional and national office level. Corporate efforts are necessary to tackle the global impact challenge, but in some areas it is more susceptible than other areas, violent extremism, its driving force, and various symptoms . Therefore, country-specific analysis and initiatives will be part of the UNDP approach. The first target country group will be 25 to 30 countries, mainly in 4 regions (Africa, Arab countries, Europe and CIS, and Asia Pacific region)
