Police Brutality is a Criminal Act

These forms of police brutality are mainly targeted to vulnerable populations such as the poor, the weak and the elderly (Wallace, 2010). Most of these police brutality is related to racial discrimination (agency). In many countries, the police allow arrests of suspects and allow them to exercise force to protect themselves. But they should control every situation and use reasonable power to achieve their goals.
